1. Introduction

Welcome to Santi's Italian Bar & Kitchen ("we," "our," or "us"). By dining with us or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or dining with us.

2. Reservations & Deposits

2.1. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

2.2. For tables over 6 covers, we require a deposit of £10 per person.

2.3. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

2.4. Guests have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before their booking time.

3. Preorder Policy

3.1. For tables over 6 covers, we require a food preorder (starters and mains).

3.2. Preorders must be submitted at least 2 days before the booking time (via e-mail).

4. Service Charge and Payment

4.1. A 10% service charge is applied to groups over 6 guests.

4.2. For large parties, we require one nominated payee for up to 10 guests and two nominated payees for parties above 10 guests.

5. Table Timings

5.1. All tables have a designated time allocation:

  • Tables for 2 guests: 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Tables for 4-6 guests: 2 hours
  • Tables for more than 6 guests: 2 hours 30 minutes

5.2. The allocated table time will be advised by the front-of-house team.

6. Menu & Pricing

6.1. Our menu offerings and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2. Prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.3. We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

7.1. Customers must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

7.2. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or damage to property will result in removal from the premises and possible legal action.

7.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Health & Safety

8.1. We adhere to strict hygiene and food safety regulations.

8.2. Customers must inform us of any severe allergies before placing an order.

8.3. In case of emergencies, customers must follow staff instructions.

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

9.2. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects arising from food consumption.

9.3. Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable local laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10.2. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
